The Incubator

BeebForge projects start with practical everyday problems and grow into focused apps, web tools, and prototypes — from early concept to app-store-ready products.

Dinner Matcher

Dinner Matcher

Coming soon to the App Store & Google Play

A swipe-style decision tool that helps people answer the eternal question: what are we eating?

Built for couples, roommates, friends, or anyone sharing a meal — whether it is date night for two or a group trying to land on one place without twenty minutes of indecision.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play as a polished mobile app designed to make dinner decisions fast, fair, and a little more fun.

Simplified Smart Home Interface

Web & companion tools

Smart home technology should not feel like homework. This project is for anyone who wants the benefits of connected home devices — especially seniors and less technical users — without the intimidation of complicated apps, dense settings, and setup overload.

The interface stays deliberately simple: clear controls, fast recognition, and only what you need at a glance. Full functionality remains available, but the everyday experience is calm instead of overwhelming.

A key part of the concept is trusted remote support. A helper can securely log in from elsewhere and guide setup, troubleshoot, or adjust settings through the same simple interface the person at home uses — so help is real, without stripping independence.

Arcee — Any bike. Any road. Your crew.
In Development

Arcee

Mobile app · App Store & Google Play

A brand-agnostic riding app for motorcyclists. Any bike, any road, your crew — Arcee gives riders one place to plan routes, share them, and navigate together, whether you are heading out solo or rolling deep with a group.

This one is personal. BeebForge's founder is an avid motorcycle rider, and after years in the saddle kept running into the same gap: the good tools are locked to a single manufacturer, and nothing brought planning, group navigation, and peace of mind together. Arcee is the app built to fix that — by a rider, for riders.

Plan the perfect route and send it to the whole group so everyone rides the same plan. Stay connected on the road, keep the crew together, and let loved ones follow along so the people at home know you made it. Unlike manufacturer-locked apps, Arcee works for any rider on any machine.

Currently in development as a mobile application for iOS and Android.

Subscription Expenses Tracker

Coming Soon

Coming soon

Subscriptions add up quietly — streaming, software, memberships, utilities, and everything else on autopilot. This tool is being concepted as a greatly simplified way to see what you are paying for, when it renews, and where money is drifting away.

The goal is clarity without spreadsheet energy: a clean interface for people who want control, not another finance app that feels like a second job.

Multi-Sport Stats Tracker

Coming Soon

Mobile app · App Store & Google Play

One app for the sports you actually play — instead of juggling a dozen single-purpose trackers. The concept covers baseball, bowling, and golf to start, with room to grow into a true one-stop stats hub.

Track bowling scores with league-friendly history. Log golf rounds and performance over time. Import or enter baseball box scores when your kids play little league — so family sports life lives in one place.

Longer term, the vision includes connections to bowling alleys, golf courses, and other venues so data entry feels automatic instead of manual. Built as a mobile application for iOS and Android.
